Feeding My Family Body and Soul

Happy St. Patrick’s Day to all. We had green pancakes this morning for breakfast and my kids left for school looking like a field of clovers. Their home-made leprechaun traps were sprung and all the pennies gone, but they have high hopes and big plans for making improvements on the design for next year.

I hope your day goes well. If you’re looking at a busy day of class parties, work, and all the other stuff that has to get done, take just a few minutes to throw something in the slow cooker and you’ll have a wonderful dinner ready at the end of the day.
